Mechatronics Design and Development |
| Applied Automation and Controls has designed control systems and
automated machines utilizing micro-controllers for data acquisition,
control and operation. We have experience designing systems with CMX,
QNX, uCOS, RTIP and VRTX Realtime operating systems running on PC /
Intel microprocess family. We have designed devices based on the Siemens
166 family of micro-controllers running CMX and uCOS realtime kernels.
We have interfaced these systems over Ethernet/TCPIP and CAN/SDS to
other commercial and proprietary systems.

Programming and Interfacing |
| Applied Automation and Controls, offers PLC Software Services. We
have experience with the major PLC systems, including Allen-Bradley (Contrologix,
PLC-5 and SLC500, and Micrologix), Tohiba(T1, and T2 series), Omron, and
Siemens. We utilize Self Diagnostic Sequencing to reduce costly trouble
shooting and debugging. We develop our software based on pre-tested
modules, which allows us to drastically reduce startup and commissioning
problems compared to our competitors. Applied Automation and Controls
has a vast knowledge base on PLC and sensor networks, including CAN, SDS,
ControlNet, DH, Ethernet, Sockets, and custom RS-485 based network. |

Conveyor and Material Handling System Design |
| Applied Automation and Controls, offers comprehensive conveyor and
material handling system design and layout services. We have designed
systems for clients utilizing, conveyors, drum fillers, palletizers,
gantry robots, case erectors and custom pneumatic and servo controlled
machines. |
