Applied Automation and Controls has
designed control systems and automated machines utilizing
micro-controllers for data acquisition, control and operation. We have
experience designing systems with CMX, QNX, uCOS, RTIP and VRTX Realtime
operating systems running on PC / Intel microprocess family. We have
designed devices based on the Siemens 166 family of micro-controllers
running CMX and uCOS realtime kernels. We have interfaced these systems over
Ethernet/TCPIP and CAN/SDS to other commercial and proprietary systems.

PLC Software Services. We have experience with the major PLC systems,
including Allen-Bradley (Contrologix, PLC-5 and SLC500, and Micrologix),
Tohiba(T1, and T2 series), Omron, and Siemens. We utilize Self
Diagnostic Sequencing to reduce costly trouble shooting and debugging.
We develop our software based on pre-tested modules, which allows us to
drastically reduce startup and commissioning problems compared to our
competitors. Applied Automation and Controls has a vast knowledge base
on PLC and sensor networks, including CAN, SDS, ControlNet, DH,
Ethernet, Sockets, and custom RS-485 based network.
